Building Designer and Owner, Loreta Roach brings a wealth of experience to Designer Home Extensions and is a graduate of the University of Tasmania and Curtin in Architecture. Over the past twenty plus years she has been sharing her passion for innovative designs with both private and commercial clients. In addition Loreta has teamed up with many of Australia’s leading architects and architectural offices to create a highly successful business. With a drafting background and education in architecture she is able to bring the professional flair of an architect without the expensive price tag.
Loreta has an amazing eye for the potential in a property so while she loves to meet with clients and listen to their ideas for a second storey addition, extension or renovation, equally she is more than happy to discuss her own inspired thoughts about a project. Clients are frequently blown away by the vision she has for their home and her unique outlook and creative approach to design results in an incredible property transformation that exceeds all expectations.
